Having amassed 1 million views, Sweaty Betty’s Ballet Bootcamp is back with an extra focus on training your mid section. Created by ex-professional dancers and founders of Sleek Technique Flik Swan and Victoria Marr, Ballet Bootcamp enCORE offers a new spin on the original ballet-fusion.
Based on Core Adage, the ballerinas secret to strength and balance, expect 35 minutes of traditional ballet moves fused with low-impact cardio. Designed to work the whole body with a serious focus on the core, expect the legs, arms and bum to feel the burn.
No tutu’s necessary, previous ballet experience is not required.
